Prior to Virginia Tech: Stanley arrived in Blacksburg following five seasons at Kansas (2021-25) where she served as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting. In that role, she planned, coordinated, and executed all aspects of on-campus visits, including transportation, housing, and meals for prospects and families. Stanley also organized gameday visits, facility tours, and schedules meetings with coaching staff and academic advisors. Prior to her time at Kansas she served as Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting at Arizona for one season (2020). Stanley also worked in the recruiting department at West Virginia in various roles during the 2019 season.
