Prior to Virginia Tech: Warsaw spent over three years at Rutgers University (2023-25), where he progressed from Student Player Personnel and Recruiting Intern to Scouting Assistant. In these roles, he oversaw all high school and transfer portal cut ups, supported roster evaluation and opponent analysis, created scouting reports, and assisted with film breakdown and recruiting evaluations.
As an intern in player personnel and recruiting, Warsaw produced statistical reports on opposing teams and prepared cut-ups of recruit film, contributing to both game preparation and talent identification.
Prior to his time at Rutgers, Warsaw gained experience with the New York Jets as a Ticket Sales and Service Game day Intern (2022-23), assisting with game day operations and event execution. He also worked as a Data Collection Analyst with Pro Football Focus, contributing to player evaluation through data tracking and film analysis.
