2023: Did not see any game action.

2022: Appeared in eight games, primarily on special teams ... Recorded five tackles (three solo) ... Scored one touchdown on special teams ... Set a career high with four tackles (three solo) against Miami (Oct. 15) ... Recovered a blocked punt by P.J. Prioleau in the end zone for a touchdown during the fourth quarter at Pitt (Oct. 8) ... Registered his first career tackle at safety at North Carolina (Oct. 1).  
2021: Saw action in three games ... Made his first collegiate appearance vs. Notre Dame (10/9).

High School: Played defensive back for head coach Jody Jenerette at West Florence High School in Florence, South Carolina … As a junior in 2019, Johnson had 40 tackles, including three TFLs, three interceptions, a sack and a fumble recovery … Also played running back for WFHS, rushing for 136 yards and four TDs and catching two passes for 42 yards and a TD … Posted 33 total tackles as a senior.
