High School: Four-year letterwinner while playing for head coach Kelly Lowe at Narrows ... Finished his senior season throwing for 1,166 yards and 16 touchdowns, while adding 1,403 yards on the ground and 13 more scores ... In his career, threw for 5,165 yards and 59 touchdowns ... Was a two-time first team all-conference player, while earning all-region and all-state as a quarterback after his senior season ... Set 14 school records ... Also competed on the track team, earning two letters as a jumper ... Was the region’s triple jump champion as a sophomore and holds the school’s record in the event ... Earned three letters while playing basketball.
