2019: Led the ACC in passes defended with 16 ... Was tied for second in the league with four INTs ... Tied a career high with four tackles at Boston College (8/31) and also had two pass breakups ... Registered an INT vs. Furman (9/14) ... Recorded two INTs at Miami (10/5) ... Had a career-best four passes defended va. UNC (10/19) ... Found the end zone for the first time in his career with a 17-yard INT return at Georgia Tech (11/16) ... Posted a tackle, a pass breakup and a QB hurry in the shutout vs. Pitt (11/23) ... missed the last two contests of the season due to injury. 

2018: Was an honorable mention selection for the Mayo Clinic Comeback Player of the Year Award ... Tallied three tackles and two PBUs vs. Virginia (11/23) ... Had four tackles at Pitt (11/10) ... 2017: Redshirted after suffering a knee injury during preseason camp.
 
High School: Southern District 7 Player of the Year … Second team all-state quarterback behind teammate Hendon Hooker … Set a Maiden school record for rushing in a single season with 2,574 yards … Added 37 touchdowns on the ground to go along with 1,776 passing yards and 21 touchdowns playing for head coach Will Byrne … His 58 total touchdowns in a single season ranks third in North Carolina history … Set the state record for touchdowns in a game twice, in back-to-back games, with eight in each … Threw for 1,831 yards and 20 touchdowns and rushed for 1,534 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior … His 124 career touchdowns ranked sixth in the state’s record book at the time of his graduation.
