2021:  Made 15 appearances, comprised of eight relief outings and seven starts ... Threw the fifth most innings among Hokie pitchers (40.2) ... Struck out 50 batters while issuing eight walks ... Set a season high for strikeouts, logging 10 against Notre Dame (May 22) ... Allowed four hits and struck out four batters across 4.2 scoreless innings against East Tennessee State (April 27) ... Set a season high for innings pitched (6.2), commanding nine strikeouts while allowing one run against Boston College (April 1) ... Earned the victory against North Carolina (March 5) ... 2019: Appeared in 18 games with one start … Had a 1.69 ERA in 32.0 innings pitched, struck out 25 batters, walked seven and posted a 3-1 record with one save, while combining on one shutout … Won games versus Richmond (March 13), at Marshall (March 20) and against VMI (April 23) … Picked up his lone save versus Boston College (May 5) ... Tossed a season-high 4.1 innings in that Richmond game … Allowed just one home run in his time on the mound … Also, had an opposing batting average of .238, which was fifth among pitchers with at least 5.0 innings thrown, and in ACC-only games posted a 1.88 ERA in 14.1 innings … In six appearances out of the bullpen, threw at least 1.0 innings without allowing a run ... Tossed a season-high 4.1 innings twice, in his only start and out of the bullpen versus Liberty (March 27) ... Threw at least 1.0 innings in 14 appearances out of the bullpen and four times did not allow an earned run … Inherited 26 runners and 13 of them scored … Retired 7-of-20 first batters faced in relief outings … Struck out at least two batters nine times including a season-high four once - versus Liberty (March 27) ... High School: Earned varsity letters for three seasons while playing for coach Kurt Wolfe at Pine-Richland ... Named an all-section pitcher after the 2015 and 2017 seasons ... Helped his team to the WPIAL Class 6A championship and was named the 2017 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette 6A Player of the Year ... As a senior, had a perfect 8-0 record with a 0.38 ERA, a 0.69 WHIP and 68 strikeouts in 55 innings pitched ... His best performance of the season was throwing a 17-strikeout, no-hitter in a 1-0 win over Hempfield ... Graduated in the top 10-percent of his class and made the honor roll all four years.
