Nic Psimas Season 2020

2021:  Made his only appearance against Florida State (March 14), striking out a batter during an inning of relief.

2020: Made collegiate debut against William & Mary (March 8), striking out two in a perfect ninth frame … Retired only first-batter faced and did not inherit any runners … Pitched one scoreless inning, it was perfect … Ended the season with 1.0 consecutive scoreless innings pitched and retiring three straight batters.

High School: Earned varsity letters all four years pitching for coach Joey Seal at Nansemond-Suffolk Academy … Was a two-time all-state pitcher, earning first team as a senior … Also was a two-time all-conference pitcher in 2018-19 … Also swam on the high school’s swim team under Lauren Brooks … Finished seventh in the state (VISSA) in the 100 Free and eighth in the 50 Free.
