2021:  Appeared in 22 games as a reliever … Threw 40.0 innings, the most by Tech non-starters … Struck out 40 batters while issuing 10 walks … Ranked in a tie for third on the Hokies with two saves … Won three games in relief … Saved the Hokies' victory against VMI (April 20), closing the ninth inning with two strikeouts ... Earned the win at Wake Forest (April 9), tossing two scoreless innings while allowing one hit ... Logged his longest relief outing of the season at Clemson (March 20), throwing 5.1 innings and recording five strikeouts to earn the victory ... Won his first decision of the season at Miami (Feb. 28) after striking out five batters across two innings … Picked up the save during his first appearance of the year, collecting the final two outs against Kent State (Feb. 21).

2020: Appeared in nine games, tied for the most on the team, all out of the bullpen … Had a 2.16 ERA in 8.1 innings pitched, struck out 10 batters, walked three and posted a 0-1 record with one save - after tossing the final 3.0 innings (a season-high) against Bryant (March 1) … Among pitchers with at least eight innings, led the team with a .161 opponent's batting average ... In seven appearances out of the bullpen, did not allow a run … Retired 6-of-9 first batters faced in relief outings, a 66.7 percentage … Inherited six runners of which two scored for a 66.7 held percentage … Had two multi-K outings, including a season-high of four against the Bulldogs … Pitched a total of five scoreless innings, including 7.0 consecutive … Also, threw two perfect frames and, at one point, retired seven straight batters … In the NCAA, ranked tied for 35th in pitching appearances.

2019: Appeared in 27 games, tied for the most on the team, all out of the bullpen and finished six of them, tied for second most. … Had a 3.40 ERA in 39.2 innings pitched, struck out 47 batters (third on the team), walked 19 and posted a 2-0 record with three saves (tied for team-lead) … In ACC-only games, posted a 1.17 ERA in 23.0 innings with 28 strikeouts … Picked up wins at ETSU (April 10) and versus Georgia Tech (April 18) … Earned saves at Wake Forest (April 7), Duke (April 13) and Radford (April 24) … In 12 appearances out of the bullpen, threw at least 1.0 innings without allowing a run, including a season-high 3.1 innings at Old Dominion (April 30) … Led the staff with 10 relief appearances tossing at least 2.0 innings … Retired 19-of-27 first batters faced in relief outings, a 70.4 percentage … Inherited 36 runners (the most on the team), of which 12 scored for a 66.7 held percentage … Had a total of 15 multi-K outings, including a season-high of four, four times … Pitched a total of 18 scoreless innings, including 11.0 consecutive, second-longest on the team, and ending the season with 2.0 straight … After March 1, tossed 37.0 innings and allowed just 10 earned runs for a 2.43 ERA, and in his last eight games, 14.0 innings, surrendered just one earned run ... Before Tech: Spent two years at St. John's River State College pitching for coach Ross Jones … As a freshman, posted a 1-2 record in three starts and 15 overall games … Tossed a total of 15.2 innings, struck out 24 batters and had a 7.47 ERA … In his sophomore season, started a team-high 13 games and was second on the team with 64.1 innings pitched and 60 strikeouts … Posted a 3-5 record with a 4.90 ERA.
 
High School: Earned varsity letters for three seasons while playing for coach Dee Brown at Winter Park ... As a junior, was named the All-Metro shortstop of the year and the team’s MVP while batting .422 for the season … Was again the team’s MVO, while batting .404 and earning pitcher of the year honors … Also lettered one season while on the golf team playing for Rob Robison.
