Career Highlights: Became just the ninth Hokie (done 11 times) to reach double figures in home runs in a single season (since 2005) with his 10 home runs in 2019.

2019: Only Tech player to start all 53 games for the Hokies, all in right field … The majority of his starts (22), batted in the two-hole ... Also only Hokie to reach double digits in multi-hit, multi-RBI and multi-run scoring games, leading the team in all three … Had 19 multi-hit games, including four games with three, 10 multi-RBI games, including three games with three, one with four and a season and team-high six in a game at Pittsburgh (March 15), and 11 multi-run scoring games, including one with three and one with four … Had a season-best seven-game hitting streak, ending with a three-gamer, and a reached base streak of 21 straight games (tied for the team-lead), ending the season with nine straight … Fourth on the team with a .272 batting average with 56 hits (second), including 13 doubles (first), one triple and 10 home runs (first) for 101 total bases (first) and a .490 slugging percentage (second) … Also led the team with 44 runs scored and 45 RBI … Added 28 walks, including a team-high three times intentionally, and was hit by seven pitches for a .371 on-base percentage … Also added four sacrifice flies and was 3-for-6 in stolen base attempts … Scored a three game-winning runs and added one game-winning RBI … Also had a team-high tying three outfield assists and committed just one error, for a .989 fielding percentage.

Before Tech: Spent two years at St. John's River State College playing for coach Ross Jones … Was an all-conference, all state and all-American after both seasons as was the SJRSC Male Student-Athlete of the Year after his sophomore year … In his first season, played in 54 games, and finished in the top five on the team in 11 offensive categories … Was first in at bats (206) and second in hits (68), triples (2), walks (34) and stolen bases (6) …  Finished third in runs (46), total bases (92) and average (.330), fourth in home runs (4) and RBI (34) and fifth in doubles (8) and on-base percentage ... Also led the team in sacrifice hits (8) with was 39th in the country (NJCAA) ... In his second season, played in 50 games, and led the team in 10 offensive categories, which included runs (51), hits (84), doubles (19), home runs (14), RBI (56), stolen bases (10), average (.433), on-base percentage (.511), slugging percentage (.758) and total bases (147) … Was second in at bats (194), triples (1) and walks (28) … Finished in the top 50 in the country (NJCAA) in batting average (26th), total bases (31st), doubles (46th), slugging percentage (49th), and home runs (50th) and was just outside in on-base percentage (54th) … Also named an Academic All-American both seasons with the Vikings. 
 
High School: Earned varsity letters for three seasons while playing for coach David Lee at Eustis ... As a senior, was named the most outstanding offensive player and most valuable player while batting .463 with three home runs and 17 extra-base hits.
