2021:  Led the Hokies hurlers in starts (14), innings pitched (68.0) and strikeouts (91) … Ranked fourth among Tech starters with his 5.03 ERA … Started the Hokies’ ACC tournament opener against Virginia (May 25) … Earned the win against Toledo (May 8) after throwing 5.2 innings, striking out eight batters, allowing four hits and conceding one run … Struck out eight batters across his longest outing of the season, 7.0 innings, at NC State (April 23) ... Collected his first win of the season at Pitt (March 26), going 6.0 innings, allowing one run and striking out eight … Tied his season strikeouts high, notching 10 against Florida State (March 12) … Struck out a season high, 10 batters, against North Carolina (March 5).

2020:  Tied for the team-lead with nine appearances, all in relief ... Had a 3.12 ERA in 8.2 innings pitched (tied for the most among bullpen pitchers), struck out 16 batters (most among bullpen pitchers), walked three and posted a 1-0 record, picking up his lone victory versus Radford (Feb. 25), with one save, the first of his career at Louisiana (Feb. 22) after striking out the side in ninth of a 3-2 win … Tossed a season-high 2.0 innings versus ETSU (Feb. 18) … In four appearances out of the bullpen, threw at least 1.0 innings without allowing a run … Retired 6-of-9 first batters faced in relief outings for a 66.7 percentage … Inherited eight runners, while four of them scored … Struck out a season-high five batters once – against ETSU – and struck out at least two, four times, including the side twice ... 2019:  Appeared in 24 games (third most on the team) with five starts … Had a 4.19 ERA in 38.2 innings pitched, struck out 37 batters, walked 26 and posted a 1-5 record, picking up his lone victory in a 4.0-inning, three-strikeout relief appearance versus Sam Houston State (Feb. 17) … Also, had an opposing batting average of .213, which was third-lowest among pitchers with at least 5.0 innings thrown, while his .227 opp./BA in ACC-only games was second-best ... Tossed a season-high 5.1 innings in a start at Pittsburgh (March 17) … In five appearances out of the bullpen, threw at least 1.0 innings without allowing a run … Tied for fourth with six relief appearances tossing at least 2.0 innings ... Before Tech:  Spent two seasons at Walters State Community College … As a freshman, appeared in 14 games, making seven starts … Posted a 6-2 record, which included two complete games, and a 3.45 ERA … Struck out a team-high tying 79 batters in 57.1 innings pitched (third most on the team) … As a sophomore, made 16 starts and went 9-1 with two more complete games and a 4.32 ERA … Struck out 90 in 77.0 innings, which were both third-best on the team … Started the 2018 NJCAA National Championship game, a 10-7 win for Chipola over Walters State ... Was named a tournament MVP.
 
High School:  Earned varsity letters all four seasons while pitching for coach Jay Scarbro at Powell ... Was named an all-state performer.
