Career Highlights: Became first Hokie to hit three home runs in one game since Rahiem Cooper (Feb. 27, 2017) with his three-home run game VMI (April 2, 2019), while his second, a solo shot, followed a Kevin Madden home run, marking the only duo to go back-to-back all season. 

2019: Made 34 starts for the Hokies – 15 as the designated hitter, 10 in center field, seven in left and two at first – and played in 41 games total … During the season, had six multi-hit games, including two games with three and one with four … Added two multi-RBI games, including one with four … Also had six multi-run scoring games, including a pair with three … Had a season-best four-game hitting streak, ending with a three-gamer, and a reached base streak of four straight games, ending the season with three straight as well … For the year, had a .236 batting average with 29 hits, including six doubles and five home runs (fourth on the team) for 50 total bases and a .407 slugging percentage … Scored 23 runs and added 16 RBI … Added 12 walks and was hit by 11 pitches (tied for second on the team) for a .351 on-base percentage … Also added two sacrifice flies and was 2-for-3 in stolen base attempts … Scored two game-winning runs and added one game-winning RBI … In five plate appearances as a pinch hitter, was 0-for-4 with a walk … Also had a team-high tying three outfield assists and did not commit an error in 46 chances … In the NCAA, at the end of the regular season, ranked 102nd in hit-by-pitch per game (0.27) and finished 94th.

Before Tech: Spent two seasons at Wenatchee Valley College, earning first team all-NWAC region as well as ABCA Rawlings All-Region first team last season … As a freshman, batted .211 with 26 hits, including five doubles and six home runs for a .415 slugging percentage … Added 13 walks to post a .321 on-base percentage, while scoring 15 runs and knocking in 14 more … Also stole four bases … Had a breakout sophomore season, leading the team in batting average (.378), slugging percentage (.659), on-base percentage (.512) and RBI (54) … Was second on the team in hits (62), doubles (9), triples (2), home runs (11), and walks (37), while adding 47 runs scored (fourth on the team) … In the league, he led all players in slugging, was second in on-base and home runs, third in RBI, sixth in average and tied for eighth in hits.
 
High School: Earned varsity letters all four seasons while playing for coach Jeff Zehnder at Wenatchee ... Was a two-time all-CBBN team member, earning first team outfield as a junior and second team as a senior.
