• Season Notes: Played in 51 games, started 45 of them ... Batted .337 while recording 193 at-bats ... Registered 65 hits, including 10 home runs, 11 doubles, and two triples, slugging .570 … Scored 40 runs and totaled 45 RBIs … Drew 19 walks, achieving a .397 on-base percentage … Stole two bases on three attempts … Sported 1.000 fielding percentage and went 3-4 at-bat against Wake Forest with two runs, a double, and 3 RBIs. 

2022 at Bucknell
Season Notes:  Started during each of his 41 games played ... Led Bucknell in batting average (.329), slugging percentage (.524), OPS (.920) and home runs (six); co-led in RBIs (37) spanning 170 at-bats ... Finished second on the Bison in hits (56), runs (36, tie) and doubles (13) ... Ranked among the top 10 Patriot League players in slugging percentage (fifth), OPS (sixth), doubles (sixth, tie), home runs (sixth, tie), batting average (seventh), RBIs (seventh, tie) ... Drew 16 walks, sporting a .396 on-base percentage ... Tripled once ... Stole four bases on five attempts ... Compiled a season long, nine-game hitting streak between March 11 and March 26.
Patriot League Championship:  Went 3-for-5, hitting a two-RBI double during Bucknell’s 13-3 win during game two of the championship series against top-seeded Army West Point (May 25) … Hit a two-run home run during the seventh inning as the defeating blow of semifinal game one against third-seeded Lehigh (May 14).
• Batted .583 (7-for-12) with two doubles, two home runs, five runs scored and five RBIs during Bucknell's series at Army West Point (April 30-May 1) ... Collected four RBIs courtesy of his two-RBI double and two-run homer, finishing 3-for-5 to lift the Bison to their 9-5 victory at Army West Point (April 30).
• Went 4-for-5 with two doubles, four runs scored and four RBIs during the Bison's 20-3 win against Lehigh (April 24).
• Had three run-scoring plate appearances, including a home run, during Bucknell's 11-1 victory at Navy (April 20).
• Belted a bases-clearing, three-RBI triple during the Bison's 7-2 win against Lafayette (April 10).
• Batted .471 (16-for-34) and slugged .647 with three doubles, a home run, nine runs, nine RBIs, five walks and three stolen bases during his nine-game hitting streak between March 11 and March 26 ... Hit 10-for-16 with two doubles, a home run, six runs, eight RBIs and two stolen bases during Bucknell's four-game series win against Navy (March 18-20).
• Extended his season-opening hitting streak to eight consecutive games at Duke (March 5).
• Homered during his third plate appearance of the season against Ball State (Feb. 18).

2019 at Bucknell
Season Notes:  Began his collegiate career as Bucknell's Opening Day starter in right field ... Started during each of his 14 games played before missing the remainder of the season due to injury ... Batted .264 (14-for-53), registering six multi-hit games ... Slugged .340 with four doubles ... Tallied six runs, six RBIs and two stolen bases.
• Went 5-for-10 with two RBIs during Bucknell's series against Toledo (March 8-10).
• Batted .308 (4-for-13) with a double, two runs and two RBIs during the Bison's three-game sweep of Niagara (March 1-2)
• Doubled during his first collegiate at-bat, debuting at 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored on Opening Day at NC State (Feb. 15).

High School
• Four-year varsity letterwinner at Poly Prep Country Day School (Brooklyn, New York) under head coach Matt Roventini.
Honors:  2018 Perfect Game All-Northeast Region Honorable Mention ... 2018 New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) All-State Third Team … Two-time All-Ivy Prep League selection … Mark Hindy Award recipient … Poly Prep baseball's Most Valuable Player … Selected to the IMG Academy National High School Classic All-Tournament Team.

Club
• Competed as an outfielder at Time to Sign Sports and Team Citius under coaches Breg Ohanian and Sam Sharf.
Honors:  Named to the 2016 WWBA Underclass World Championship and the 2016 16U Perfect Game National Championship All-Tournament Teams.

Personal
• Born Oct. 27, 2000, in Staten Island, New York … Son to Brian Cannizzaro, Jackie Cannizzaro-Harkins and John Harkins … Father, Brian, was a New York City firefighter who tragically passed while heroically working to save lives on Sept. 11, 2001 … Has two younger brothers, Luke and Kyle.
• Was a member of the Bucknell University Dean’s List, the Bucknell Athletics Leadership Institute Student Round Table and Igniting Leaders.
• Interested in studying instructional technology at Virginia Tech through the ITMA program.
• Aspires to become a professional baseball player.
• Chose to attend Virginia Tech ahead of Duke, Florida Atlantic, Penn State, Richmond and Rutgers.
