SEASON-LONG PROMOTIONS & OPPORTUNITIES

Pledge Per
Fans can support the Virginia Tech Softball program directly by making a Pledge Per strikeout ($1 each), home run ($3 each), and win ($10 each) during the 2026 season. Fans may also make pledges for milestones and postseason achievements. To make your pledge, click here. 

Gameday at TSP Playlist
Fans can take gamedays at TSP on the move with the Gameday at TSP Spotify Playlist, featuring a refreshed list of 40 songs you'll hear when cheering on the Hokies at home. To listen to the playlist, click here.

Sandro's Slices for Softballs
Fans are asked to return every foul ball found in the park to the nearest event usher or the Promotions Booth as part of Sandro's Slices for Softballs. Each foul ball returned earns the fan a coupon for a free slice of Sandro's cheese pizza. 

Bingo at the Ballpark
Every Friday game, fans can pick up a bingo card at the Promotions Booth for a chance to win a Hokies prize. Limit one card per person. 

GEICO Fan of the Game
Sign up at every home game for your chance to be crowned the GEICO Fan of the Game! Winners are announced during each home game and win Hokies prize packs.

What's in the Benny's Box?
Keep an eye out for this interactive contest at every home game for your chance to win a Benny's prize pack.

Back in the Batter's Box Weekend
Hop back in the batter's box as the Hokies return home for the first time in 2026! Join us at Tech Softball Park as we get back into the swing of softball in Blacksburg. 

Friday at 6 PM: Earn Your Orange. Dive into how the best fans in the stands cheer on our Hokies at Tech Softball Park! New fans can learn cheers, chants, and traditions that make Hokie Nation special. 
  — Orange Shaker Giveaway. All fans may pick up an orange shaker on their way into TSP to cheer on the Hokies. 
  — Bingo at the Ballpark. Every Friday game, pick up a bingo card at the Promotions Booth for your chance to win! When you get five-in-a-row, turn your card in for a Hokies prize. 
  — In-Venue Host Bailey Angle. Fans may enjoy an elevated experience with In-Venue Host Bailey Angle at Tech Softball Park. Dont miss live contests, fun promotions, and more. 

Saturday at 2 PM: Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day
We invite all fans to learn more about cerebral palsy and Arthur, one of our greatest Hokie fans, during this special gameday. Pick up a green ribbon at the Promotions Booth to show your support and check out this video feature detailing why Arther is so special to the Hokies Softball program. 
  — Food Truck Special: BBQ Pork Grilled Cheese. Stop by the Food Truck on the concourse of TSP to purchase a BBQ Pork Grilled Cheese sandwich, available at this game only!

Sunday at 12 PM: All About Softball Sunday
Calling all softball lovers! Head out to the final game of this series and learn some fun facts about the sport. Don't miss the fun activities on the concourse to sharpen your softball-related skills and in-game contests all about yellow ball. 

THURSDAY-SATURDAY, APRIL 2-4 vs. CLEMSON
Retro Weekend
Take a spin in the time machine for a blast from the past during the Hokies' Thursday-through-Saturday ACC series. Don't miss your chance to catch an exclusive black ballcap featuring the vintage VT logo during hat tosses throughout this weekend only! 

Thursday at 6 PM: Nintendo Night
Power up your weekend at TSP as we dive into Nintendo games with throwback contests, features, and activities throughout the night. 
 — Look Alike Contest. Fans who come to the game dressed like they've just stepped out of the Super Mario or Just Dance video games win a free concessions voucher while they last!

Friday at 6 PM: Back to the Future Friday
Great Scott! With one foot in 2026 and one in the 80s, fans can enjoy all the nostalgia and movie-themed contests while cheering on the 2026 Hokies at TSP! 
 — Bingo at the Ballpark. Every Friday game, pick up a bingo card at the Promotions Booth for your chance to win! When you get five-in-a-row, turn your card in for a Hokies prize. Keep an eye out for the Back to the Future-themed squares for this game only!

Saturday at 6 PM (on ACCN): Maroon Effect
Taking it all the way back to 1896, paint the ballpark maroon for the final game of Retro Weekend! Check out why the color is so special to Virginia Tech during this Saturday game under the lights. 
  — Food Truck Special: Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese. Stop by the Food Truck on the concourse of TSP to purchase a Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese sandwich, available at this game only!

FRIDAY-SUNDAY, APRIL 17-19 vs. GEORGIA TECH
HokieBird's (Almost) Half-Birthday Weekend
Flock to TSP for a celebration of HokieBird and his almost half-birthday! Officially on March 12, this celebration is close enough to the real thing with theme nights, sweet treats, and plenty of mascot fun. 

Friday at 6 PM (on ACCN): Longneck Night
Start off HokieBird's celebration weekend with an ode to the beloved Longneck HokieBird! Join us for Longneck trivia, contests, in-game features, and more. Don't forget to stop by the Promotions Booth to design your very own Longneck for a chance to win. 
 — Bingo at the Ballpark. Every Friday game, pick up a bingo card at the Promotions Booth for your chance to win! When you get five-in-a-row, turn your card in for a Hokies prize. Of course, be sure to catch those Long Neck-themed bingo squares. 

Saturday at 7 PM (on ACCN): HokieBird Hullabaloo
Game two is all about our mascot HokieBird through the generations. Don't miss fun trivia, contests, and a game full of HokieBird action. 

Sunday at 12 PM: HokieBird's Half-Birthday Party
Break out the balloons and birthday fun for HokieBird's party day at TSP! Join us for fun activities, birthday-themed contests, and more. 
 — Half-Cookie Decorating. Fans may decorate a free Half-Cookie (sugar) in celebration of his Half-Birthday while they last! 
  — Food Truck Special: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Grilled Cheese with Mimosas. Stop by the Food Truck on the concourse of TSP to purchase a brunch special Bacon, Egg & Cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich and a mimosa (for fans of age), available at this game only!

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22 vs. LIBERTY AT 6 PM
Double Play Earth Day

 — Plant Kit Giveaway. Fans may pick up a free plant kit at the Promotions Booth while they last so you can plant your very own marigolds at home!

FRIDAY-SUNDAY, APRIL 24-26 vs. NORTH CAROLINA
It's A Hokie Family Reunion Weekend
Calling Hokie Nation! Make your way to TSP for the final regular season home series and a weekend full of what makes Tech Softball so special, including an appearance by the Corps of Cadets, a celebration of our graduating Hokies, and a day for the youngest of Hokies. 
 — Mini Slugger Snack Deal. On Saturday and Sunday only, kids can get a $1 popcorn at the Main Stand inside Rector Field House as part of It's A Hokie Family Reunion Weekend. 
 — Family Meal Deal. On Sunday only, stop by the Main Stand inside Rector Field House for a Family Meal Deal that includes four hot dogs and four drinks for only $20 on Sunday only! 
 — Series Sponsor. Carilion Clinic

Friday at 6 PM: Salute to Service Night
Start the weekend off by saluting former, current, and aspiring military service members in our community. 
 — Corps of Cadets. Virginia Tech welcomes Cadets from the Second Battalion of the Corps of Cadets to the game! Join the Cadets as they bring the energy in cheering for the Hokies.
 — Growley Meet-and-Greet. Visit the official canine ambassador of the Corps of Cadets, Growley III (call sign Stryker) before the game on the concourse! 
 — Bingo at the Ballpark. Every Friday game, pick up a bingo card at the Promotions Booth for your chance to win! When you get five-in-a-row, turn your card in for a Hokies prize. Be sure to watch out for some Salute to Service-themed bingo squares! 

Saturday at 3 PM: (on ACCN) Senior Day
Join us for a day all about our graduating Hokies! Stick around after the game as we recognize graduating student managers as well as #00 Cassie Grizzard, #6 Bre Warren, #11 Kylie Aldridge, and #25 Sophie Kleiman. 

Sunday at 12 PM: Family Fun Day
Don't miss fun for the whole family, including concourse activities, contests for kids, and more! 


GAMEDAY INFORMATION

Gameday Information
All regular season softball games are played at Tech Softball Park (240 Beamer Way) and are free to attend. Promotions and in-venue elements begin 90 minutes prior to game time and seating is general admission for all regular season home games. Additionally, Virginia Tech's clear bag policy is in place for all home games at Tech Softball Park. Please visit HokieSports.com/ClearBag for complete details.

Parking
The nearest parking lots to Tech Softball Park available to fans are Lot 2 (Stadium Lot) and Lot 5 (Chicken Hill Lot). Fans parking in these lots Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 10 PM, must heed campus parking signage and policies as well as pay to park using the university's ParkMobile platform. More information on ParkMobile can be found here, and more information about parking on campus can be found at parking.vt.edu.

Concessions
Concessions are sold at every home softball game inside the Rector Field House and around the concourse of TSP. All concessions sales at softball games are cashless, requiring a debit or credit card for purchase. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be used. Additional specialty options at Dippin' Dots and Snack Shack locations will be available for select games. Alcohol sales at Tech Softball Park will end at the end of the 5th inning of the only or last game of the day. All offerings are subject to change. 

Grilled Cheese Food Truck
Open on the TSP concourse behind home plate for all regular season home games except March 20 and April 24. The regular season menu includes: 
 — Sandwiches: grilled cheese, patty melt, buffalo chicken grilled cheese (all served with waffle fries)
 — Sides: mozzarella sticks, waffle fries, candy
 — Beverages: water
 — Alcoholic Beverages: Miller Lite, Surfside, Two Hearted

Single-game specials at the Food Truck include: 
 — BBQ Pork Grilled Cheese on March 21
 — Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese on April 4
 — Bacon, Egg & Cheese Grilled Cheese with Mimosas on April 19
 — Fried Green Tomatoes on April 22. 

Main Stand
Open inside Rector Field House for all regular season home games. This stand offers: 
 — Food: hot dog, nachos, popcorn, candy, Cracker Jack, peanuts
 — Beverages: water, soda (Coca-Cola products), hot chocolate, coffee, Monster energy drinks, Powerade
 — Alcoholic Beverages: Miller Lite, Coors Light, High Noon, Michelob Ultra, Nutrl, Frozen (wine-based) Cocktails

Dippin' Dots
Open on the TSP concourse behind first base for all regular season home games. Items available at this location include: 
 — Food: Dippin' Dots
 — Beverages: water, Monster energy drinks
 — Alcoholic Beverages: Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, Nutrl

Merchandise
The Hokie Shop is open for all regular season home games inside Rector Field House. All merchandise sales are cashless, requiring a debit or credit card for purchase. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be used.

Profanity, racist, or sexist comments, or any other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives, or other spectators will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from Tech Softball Park.
