WILL CALL / BOX OFFICE HOURS
Ticket office representatives will be available at the on-site box office at the following times:
- Football (Lane Stadium): Opens 2 hours prior to kickoff
- Men’s Basketball (Cassell Coliseum): Opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff
- Women’s Basketball (Cassell Coliseum): Opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff
- Baseball (English Field): Opens 90 minutes prior to first pitch
On gamedays, the box office will close at the conclusion of halftime (or intermission, as applicable).
Admission is complimentary for the following Virginia Tech sports not listed above, excluding post-season and special events:
Cross Country, Lacrosse, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Softball, Swimming & Diving, Men's Tennis, Women's Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball, and Wrestling (excluding Center for the Arts matches).
MOBILE TICKET POLICY
Virginia Tech Athletics uses mobile ticketing for all home contests. Your mobile ticket must be shown on your phone for entry. Be sure to download your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving, as screenshots or printed copies will not be accepted. Tickets can be transferred to others through your account. Please have your tickets ready and your phone charged when you arrive.

STUDENT TICKET POLICY
Student tickets are only to be used by current Virginia Tech students. It is acceptable to transfer your ticket to another student so they can attend the game in your place provided the ticket is not altered or duplicated.
Individuals that sell or attempt to sell a student ticket for more than face value are in violation of Virginia Tech Athletics' student ticket use guidelines. Individuals that are found in violation of this guideline are subject to loss of ticket privileges.

CHILDREN’S TICKET POLICY
A ticket is required for all patrons at ticketed events, except baseball (children under 5 are complimentary). Special youth ticket options are available and vary by sport.
PAYMENT
The Virginia Tech Athletics Ticket Office accepts credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
- Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted online, by phone, and at point-of-sale on gamedays
- Checks must be made payable to: Virginia Tech Athletics
- Checks are accepted for season ticket purchases only
- Checks are not accepted for single-game or mini-plan purchases
TICKET BROKER POLICY
Virginia Tech Athletics encourages ticket holders to resell or transfer tickets through its official secondary marketplace partner, SeatGeek, if they are unable to attend.
Virginia Tech Athletics monitors ticket purchase, transfer, and resale activity. The University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke tickets, cancel orders, and withhold future ticket opportunities from any account demonstrating behavior consistent with ticket brokering.
Ticket brokers are defined as account holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling on the secondary market.
Virginia Tech Athletics and the Hokie Club reserve the right to withhold, modify, or revoke Hokie Club benefits for any account determined to be functioning as a ticket broker.
RESELLER OBLIGATIONS
Once tickets are resold or transferred, it is the original ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure the original tickets are no longer used.
Any attempt to use transferred, resold, or invalid tickets for entry may result in denial of admission and loss of ticket privileges.
REFUND POLICY
Virginia Tech Athletics maintains a no-refund policy.
- All sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase
- This includes tickets that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or unused
RIGHTS TO CHANGE OR CANCEL
Virginia Tech Athletics reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order and issue a refund as appropriate
- Reassign seating locations
- Refuse or cancel ticket renewals at its discretion
Processing of payment does not guarantee fulfillment of an order. Orders not paid by the specified deadline are subject to cancellation.
TICKET LIMITS
Virginia Tech Athletics reserves the right to:
- Refund any order in the event of over-subscription or excessive quantities. Multiple accounts may not be used to circumvent this process.
- Canceled tickets will be refunded at face value, minus applicable fees.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASES
Tickets purchased outside of the Virginia Tech Athletics Ticket Office, SeatGeek, or authorized partners are not guaranteed to be valid.
- SeatGeek is the official resale marketplace
- Unauthorized resale may result in denied entry
- Tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes, or promotions without prior approval
Selling or soliciting ticket sales on university property without authorization may violate university policy.

All tickets are revocable licenses subject to Virginia Tech Athletics policies. The University reserves the right to refuse admission, revoke tickets, and enforce venue policies including prohibited items, fan conduct, and resale restrictions.
Additional restrictions apply, including clear bag policies, no re-entry, no refunds or exchanges, and all patrons must have a valid ticket regardless of age.
