Virginia Tech Athletics Ticket Terms & Conditions

This ticket is a revocable license. The Virginia Tech Athletics Department (VTAD) reserves the unrestricted right to refuse or terminate admission by a refund of the purchase price. It further reserves the right to eject and prosecute any person whose conduct is unsuitable (e.g., throwing objects, abusive acts or use of vulgar language). Umbrellas, alcoholic beverages, coolers, strollers, noisemakers, e-cigarettes, selfie sticks, weapons or containers of any kind are prohibited. Signs, flags or banners are not permitted in the stadium. Additional restricted items are listed in the approriate A-Z fan guide on the website. Unauthorized entry on to the playing surface may result in arrest and prosecution. By using this ticket, the holder (“Holder”) agrees to comply with all applicable laws, stadium rules, and Virginia Tech policies and procedures. Virginia Tech and its authorized representatives may, at their sole discretion and without refund, deny admission to or remove any Holder whose conduct is unsafe, disorderly, disruptive, or otherwise violates these requirements. Removal from the venue may also result in revocation of future ticket privileges. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury, including but not limited to exposure to and/or contracting a communicable disease arising during its use. Tickets reported as lost or stolen will not be replaced. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources (lost, stolen or counterfeit) are void. This ticket may not be offered as a prize in a promotion, sweepstakes or contest, unless specifically authorized in writing by PlayFly. No re-admittance. The VTAD and its rights holders own all copyrights, intellectual property rights and proprietary rights for images, sound and data ensuing from or during VTAD home athletics contests. The unauthorized commercial use of photographs, video or audio emanating from VTAD home athletics contests is forbidden. If you wish to use photographs, video or audio emanating from VTAD home athletics contests for purposes that go beyond “fair use,” you must obtain permission from the VTAD.
