• Season Notes:  Started in 19 of 19 matches for the Hokies, leading the team in minutes with 1,638... Recorded one shot on goal versus Wake Forest (Sept. 25)... Named to the United Soccer Coaches All Atlantic Region Second-Team... Played the full 90-minutes in 13 matches throughout the 2022 season. 
• Named ACC Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 27), and named to the College Soccer News Women's National Team (Sept. 26). 
• Blocked the Demon Deacons of Wake Forest from making it into the box resulting in a 2-0 victory for the Hokies (Sept. 25).
• Played a vital part in the Hokies 1-0 shutout victory over #22 NC State, holding the Wolfpack to one shot on goal (Sept. 22). 

2021
• Season Notes:  Appeared in 17 of Tech's 20 matches, making 17 starts ... Tallied four assists during her four-point campaign ... Logged the fourth most minutes among the Hokies (1,483) ... Was one of five Tech players who exceeded 1,400 minutes of match time throughout the season... Played the full 90-minutes in 13 matches throughout the 2021 regular season. 
• NCAA Tournament:  Played 86 minutes in Tech's NCAA tournament match against Ohio State (Nov. 12) and 90 minutes at No. 7 Arkansas (Nov. 19) ... Helped the Hokies earn their first NCAA tournament win since 2018 courtesy of their 3-1, opening round victory against the Buckeyes.
• Collected four assists, including an assist to Tori Powell during the Hokies 3-1 victory over Ohio State (Nov. 12). 
• Made three shots on goal during the season, one against Syracuse (Oct. 28), William & Mary (Aug. 22), and Liberty (Aug. 19). 
• Recorded an assist to Nicole Kozlova versus #2 Duke resulting in the Hokies 1-1 tie (Sept. 26). 
• Assisted Nicole Kozlova in the Hokies non-conference season, helping the Hokies win 7-1 against Elon (Aug. 26) and Liberty 3-0 (Aug. 19). 

2020-21: Started in 16 matches for the Hokies in her first year in Blacksburg ... Named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Postseason Top 100 Freshman list ... Assisted on Emily Gray's goal against William & Mary ... Totaled 1411 minutes as a freshman, 14 times playing the full time.
National Team: Has trained with both the U-16/17 and U-19 Norwegian National Teams in her career under coaches Borje Sorensen and Alexander Straus and has a combined 20 CAPS with those teams ... Was named the Player of the Match seven times with the national team ... In October 2019, helped Norway finish first in Group 5 at the U-19 UEFA Euros qualifying round and first overall, as the team scored 26 times and did not surrender a goal as Haugen played in all three matches, totaling 225 minutes of action ... The Elite round draw was too be held in March 2020, while the seven group winners would have joined hosts Georgia in the finals set for July 21 through Aug. 2, which was all cancelled due to the pandemic ... Has also been a US Soccer training participant and was a US U-18 national team call-up in October, but could not attend due to the Euro qualifying.

Club: Over the past six years, has played under coaches Christian Cziommer and Bobby Puppione with FC Virginia DA, serving as the team's captain ... The past season, scored a pair of goals and had five assists for the team, which, at one point, was the top-ranked team the country ... Also, was named to the 2019 United Soccer Coaches Youth All-East Region Team (Nov. 19) and a Youth All-American ... Following the 2018-19 USSDA season, was named a Best XI East Conference selection at defender while helping FC Virginia, ranked as high as No. 11, advance to the quarterfinals of the inaugural USSDA Girls National Championship playoffs.
