Cagle On Figueroa: ?Nina?s athleticism is second to none. She has become one of the most fit athletes I have ever coached. Her fitness gives her the ability to play several different positions for us, mainly outside midfield. Nina was one of our leading goal scorers last spring from the outside midfield position.?2003: Appeared in 12 matches off the bench ... Tallied her first career assist on the Hokies? first goal of the season at George Mason.
2002: Saw action in 13 games, starting two, during her second season with the Hokies ... Contributed valuable minutes to the Hokie attack.
2001: Joined the team during the 2001 spring season as a walk-on ... Saw action in seven games during her rookie season ... Earned her first career start in the Hokies? season opener versus Charlotte.
