2019 Outdoor: Punched her ticket to Austin with a toss of 61.72 meters (202 feet, 6 inches) in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds … Won silver in the hammer throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships with her mark of 65.78 meters (215 feet, 10 inches) … Posted a mark of 62.85 meters (206 feet, 2 inches) to finish fourth at the Virginia Grand Prix … Finished second in the hammer throw at the Triton Invitational with a throw of 62.62 meters (205 feet, 5 inches) … Finished second with a mark of 64.66 meters (212 feet, 2 inches) in the hammer throw at the Florida Relays … Started the season with a throw of 60.36 meters (198 feet, 0 inches) to place third at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational. 

2019 indoor: Competed in the weight throw in three meets and had two top-10 finishes … Threw longer than 60 feet in each meet … Her top performance came in the Doc Hale Elite Meet, where she was fourth with a top throw of 18.95 meters (62 feet, 2.25 inches).

2018 outdoor: Earned first-team All-America honors in the hammer throw at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … Came in sixth at the NCAA meet with a top throw of 66.18 meters (217 feet, 1 inch) … Punched her ticket to Eugene with a top throw of 62.60 meters (205 feet, 4 inches) in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds ... Finished second in the hammer throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 63.20 meters (207 feet, 4 inches) ... 2018 indoor: Finished 10th in the weight throw at the ACC Championships with a mark of 18.26 meters (59 feet, 11 inches) … Set a new personal best in the weight throw at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational with a length of 18.45 meters (60 feet, 6.5 inches) … Kicked off the season at the 2018 Rod McCravy Memorial Track and Field Meet, finishing second in the weight throw with a length of 17.99 meters (59 feet, 0.25 inches).

2017 outdoor: Placed ninth in the women's hammer throw event at the NCAA Championships, collecting second-team All-America honors for the first time in her career with a personal-best throw of 63.45 meters (208 ft., 2 in.) ... Earned a top-12 mark (62.25 meters - 204 ft., 3 in.) in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds, advancing to her second straight NCAA Championship event ... Earned a silver medal for the second year in a row at the ACC Championships, throwing a distance of 63.16 meters (207 ft., 3 in.) ... Was awarded first-team All-ACC honors for her efforts ...
