2005 Indoor: Placed ninth in the 800 meters at the Virginia Tech Last Chance meet in a time of 1:55.13 ... Was on the first-place DMR team at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2004 Outdoor: Ran a leg on the school record 4x800 meter relay (7:30.12) at the SeaRay Relays that placed fourth ... Posted a season-best 800 meter time (1:53.46) at the SeaRay Relays ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:03.84 at the Raleigh Relays ... Finished second in the 800m (1:54.35) at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Named Tech Freshman Track Performer of the Year.

2004 Indoor: Ran in the 1,000 meters in a time of 2:35.59 at the BIG EAST Championships ... Clocked 2:33.51 (1,000m) at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Recorded a season-best 800m time (1:53.96) at the Tech Last Chance meet and took sixth place.

High School: Lettered three years in indoor and outdoor track ... Received academic all-district, all-region and all-state recognition in 2003 for indoor and outdoor track ... Finished eighth in the 1,000m at the VHSL State Indoor Track Championships and seventh in the 800m at the outdoor championships ... Named the team's most valuable runner for both indoor and outdoor track as a senior ... Earned three letters in cross country for Coach Mark Harvey at Douglas Freeman High School ... Was all-district and all-academic in 2002 and 2003 ... Team captain and coach's award winner as a senior.
