Earned 10 points for the men's team and his fourth All-America honor at the NCAA Championships ... Was the second collegian in the invitational section at the Mt. SAC Relays.
2004 Indoor: Was an All-American in the weight throw with a fourth place throw of 69'8" (21.23m) at the NCAA Championships ... Won his second BIG EAST Championship with a mark of 66'6.5" (20.28m) ... Won the Virginia Tech Last Chance competition with a throw of 67'6.75" (20.59m) ... Had a total of five first-place finishes in the indoor season.
2003 Outdoor: Finished sixth at the NCAA Championships in the hammer throw with a mark of 223'5" (68.10m), earning All-America honors ... Took first place in the BIG EAST with a personal best and school record of 228'4" (69.60m) ... Ranked second in the nation in the hammer throw and third in the weight throw ... Broke the school record three times and finished third at regionals.
2003 Indoor: Finished 16th in the NCAA Championships weight throw competition with a toss of 64'0.5" (19.52m) ... Won the BIG EAST Indoor Championships with a meet and school record of 71'3.25" (21.73m) ... Set the school record three times during the indoor season ...
