photo2007 Indoor: Captured the shot put at the season-opening Liberty Kickoff on Dec. 2, 2006 with a school-record throw of 15.61m (51'2.75"), beating the previous best of 15.20 (49'10.5") and recording a NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the process.

2006 Outdoor: Placed 11th at the NCAA East Region meet with a heave of 14.63m (48') ... Recorded a then-personal-best toss of 15.13m (49'7.75") to be the top collegiate finisher at the Liberty Invitational ... Placed sixth in the shot put at the Hurricane Invitational with an effort of 13.66m (44'9.75") ... Finished second at the Florida State Relays with an effort of 13.80m (45'3.50") ... Recorded a regional qualifying mark at the Texas Relays with an effort of 14.38m (47'2.25"), finishing sixth ... Was fifth at the ACC Championships with a then-personal-best heave of 14.83m (48'8") ... Had a mark of 15.03m (49'3.75") to finish third at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

2006 Indoor: Placed fifth at the ACC Championships in the shot put with a then-personal-best effort of 14.79m (48'6.25") ... The toss is the fourth best in school history ... Finished third in the shot put at the Clemson Invitational with a throw of 14.39m ... Was 12th at the Penn State National in the shot put with an effort of 13.39m (43'11.25") ... Finished eighth at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the shot put with an effort of 14.36m (47'1.50").

2005: Did not compete.

2004: Finished fifth at the BIG EAST Championships in the shot put ... Had a then-personal-best toss of 46'5.5".

High School: A four-year letterwinner in track for Coach Craig Halfner at Fulton High School in Illinois ... Finished second in the shot put two times and third once ... Two-time team MVP.
