Finished ninth in the javelin at the ACC Championships ... Placed third in the javelin throw with a personal-best mark of 152' (46.32m) at the Clemson Invitational ... At the Raleigh Relays, threw the javelin 144'9" (44.11m) to place third in the event ... Threw the javelin in six competitions and posted five top-10 finishes.

2004: Did not compete ... Named BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

High School: Was a 2002 Track & Field News All-American selection in the javelin ... A sixth-place finisher at the USA Junior Heptathlon Championships ... Led Salina Central High School to the 2002 state track & field title by winning four individual events -- the 100m hurdles, javelin, triple jump and long jump - becoming the 12th woman in state history to accomplish the feat ... Also won the javelin at the Adidas Scholastic National Championships in Raleigh, N.C. ... Was fifth at the USA Junior Championships in Palo Alto, Calif. ... Was also a standout volleyball player at Salina Central.
