2004 Indoor: Competed in the 400 and 500 meters and had one top-five finish ... Clocked 50.31 in the 400m for a 19th place finish at the Rod McCravy Memorial ... Also finish 19th in the 500m with a time of 1:05.05 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2003 Outdoor: Finished seventh at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 55.21 ... Was eighth at the FAMU Relays in the same event (55.98).

2003 Indoor: Ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that finished sixth ... Was 14th in the 400 meters at the Father Diamond meet with a time of 51.13 ... Had an indoor best 400 meter time of 50.23.

2002 Outdoor: Recorded a sixth place finish in the 400 hurdles at the Clemson Invitational with a season-best time of 56.71 ... Placed 12th at the Clemson Invitational in the 400 ... Captured 12th place in the 400 hurdles at the Raleigh Relays.

2002 Indoor: Had a season best indoor time in the 400 at the Tech Last Chance meet (50.03) ... Finished 12th at the Father Diamond meet in the 500 with a time of 1:06.79.

High School: County and region champion in the 500 meters and 300m hurdles ... State runner-up in the 300m hurdles and as a member of the 4x400 relay team ... Member of the 4x400 relay team that won the state title ... Earned three varsity letters for coach Michael Sye at Woodlawn.
