2017-18 (junior): Was 23-13 overall this past season and went 13-10 in duals, playing primarily at the two this spring… Had key singles points in close 4-3 wins over Georgia Tech, No. 41 Louisville and No. 43 Virginia… Also had wins in matches against No. 52 Penn State, No. 69 VCU, No. 42 Miami and No. 12 Texas… Tallied five ranked singles wins on the year… In doubles, was 23-16 overall, competing with several partners throughout the fall and spring… Helped clinch needed doubles critical doubles points in 4-3 wins over FSU and Louisville with teammate Abraham Asaba… In the fall, advanced to the singles finals at the Georgia Tech Fall Invite… Made the round of 16 at the ITA Atlantic Regional. 

2016-17 (sophomore): Had a 22-12 overall record, including a 13-9 tally in duals... In a 3-3 tie with No. 18 Georgia Tech, scored the match-winning point on six 1-6, 7-5, 7-5 over Chris Yun... Also had singles wins against No. 38 Notre Dame and No. 50 Alabama... Went 12-8 in duals doubles, including four consecutive wins in ACC play with teammate Freddy Mesmer.

2015-16 (freshman): Went 9-6 overall last season in duals... Had a 6-6 tally in tournament play including a 2-1 clip at Southern Intercollegiates and 2-2 at the Wake Forest Invite... Claimed wins in all three dual matches in the spring, scoring Tech points against St. Bonaventure, Richmond and James Madison... Had a 5-4 record in doubles, going 2-1 at both the Ivy Plus and the Wake Forest Fall Invite... Paired up with Freddy Mesmer for a win in duals against JMU.

Prior to Virginia Tech: Led WT Woodson to first Patriot Conference Title in 36 years... Patriot Conference singles and doubles champion (with brother Ryan)... Virginia 6A state finalist in singles and champion in doubles... Ranked #1 in the Mid-Atlantic section boys 18s (singles and doubles)... VT ITA Singles and Doubles champion (with brother)... Achieved a career high national ranking of 58 in boys 18s... Singles quarterfinalist in Men’s Mid-Atlantic US Open Sectional Qualifier.

Personal: Born on July 3, 1997 in Ft. Campbell Tennessee… Son of Todd and Rachel Kros and brother Ryan Kros… Father played Division I tennis at Rice University... Majoring in human nutrition, foods and exercise.
