Hokie ClubAbout: Copeland joined Virginia Tech’s sports information office as a sophomore in 2018, assuming the role of primary contact for men’s and women’s tennis. In 2021, he began working with the men’s soccer program and would provide coverage for their NCAA postseason runs that year, along with the No. 1 overall selection of Daniel Pereira in the MLS SuperDraft. Copeland held the secondary role for men’s basketball in its 2021-22 season, in which the Hokies claimed an ACC title. Following his graduation, Copeland was named primary contact for Virginia Tech lacrosse, while assuming a mentorship role over the tennis programs.
