Tech has qualified for 10 NCAA Tournaments, having made runs to the College Cup in 2007 and the Elite Eight in 2016.
James Kasak started 40 matches for the Hokies, scoring six goals and recording 13 assists before being drafted by Sporting KC.
Ben Lundgaard was a first team All-ACC selection at Tech before being drafted No. 21 overall by Columbus Crew FC.
Juan Pablo Saavedra started all 22 matches in the Hokies' historic 2016 season and was drafted by Toronto FC.
Devante Dubose started over 50 games at Virginia Tech before being drafted by the San Jose Earthquakes.
•Played professionally for four years before starting his coaching career at VMI. •Joined the staff in 2008 and is entering his 14th season •Four-year letterwinner at James Madison University, where he is the all-time leader in goals and points.
•Entering his first season as an assistant coach at Virginia Tech following five seasons as an assistant at Duke. •Coached three All-ACC goalkeepers at Duke, including All-American and 2022 ACC Goalkeeper of the Year Elliot Hamill. •Played for Virginia Tech from 2010-13, while being named first team All-ACC in his senior season. •Played professionally with USL sides Charlotte Eagles and Charlotte Independence.
