High School: A team captain, Gagnon was a three-year letter winner for coach Josie Ferri. Gagnon was a 2016 Pennsylvania All Star selection and a 2016 All Inter-AC 1stTeam selection. In 2015, she was named a US Lacrosse Academic All-American and the EA Defensive Player of the Year. She helped Episcopal Academy to the 2016 Pennsylvania State Championship (PAISAA) and to a runner up finish in 2015. Her 2016 State Championship team finished the season ranked #23 nationally in the NIKE/LM HS Girls Ranking.
