2008 Indoor: Ran opening leg of second-place distance medley relay team that clocked 11:25.27 at the ACC Championships ... Placed ninth in the 3,000-meter run at the ACC Championships with time of 9:39.88 ... Took seventh in the 1,000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Invitational, clocking 2:56.35

2007 Cross Country: Was the 22nd finisher at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing 6k in 21:15.80 … Earned highest finish of the season with a fourth-place time of 19:27.09 in the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational … Registered another top-10 finish with a sixth-place effort at the William & Mary Inter-Regional (21:32.7) … Teamed with Kelly Clark for third place at the Wake Forest Relays, completing the course in 35:57 … Ran 6k in 23:00.01 to place 46th at the ACC Championships … Finished 49th in the Chile Pepper Invitational, with a time of 22:16.7.

2007 Outdoor: Redshirted.

2007 Indoor: Earned All-American honors by leading off the school record-setting distance medley relay that finished fourth with a school record time of 11:10.84 at the NCAA Championships and also finished second at the ACC Championships (11:26.25) … Also placed 13th in the 3,000-meter race at the conference meet … Placed fourth in the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge (4:50.26) … Earned fifth place in the 3,000-meter with a 9:39.35 time at the Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup.

2006 Cross Country: Was the third Hokie to finish at the NCAA Championships, taking 121st overall in a 6k time of 22:19 … Placed 25th at the NCAA Southeast Regional in a time of 21:28, earning All-Region honors for the second time in three years.

2006 Outdoor: Was 18th at the NCAA East Region meet in the 1,500-meter race, crossing the finish line in 4:33.66 ... Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter race at the Duke Invitational with a time of 9:50.41 ... Had two top-10 finishes at the Lou Onesty Invitational ... Finished fifth in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:32.79 ... Qualified for the finals in the 1,500-meter race with the fifth-best time in school history at the ACC Championships, posting a time of 4:28.35 ... Was 10th in the finals of the event with a time of 4:31.39 ... Won the 1,500-meter race at the Liberty Invitational with a personal best time of 4:26.52 ... Recorded a personal-best time of 16:57.79 to finish second in the 5,000-meter race at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

2006 Indoor: Placed seventh in the 3,000-meter event at the Virginia Tech Invitational (10:12.20) ... Was on the first-place distance medley relay team with a time of 11:43.23 at the Penn State Open, the third-fastest in school history ... Set a then-personal-best time of 9:54.41 in the 3,000m at the PSU Open ... Placed second at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the mile with a time of 4:57.49 ... Was on the fourth-place distance medley relay team at the ACC Championships.

2005 Outdoor: Took 18th place in the prelims of the 800-meter race with a time of 2:15.46 at the ACC Championships.

2005 Indoor: Anchored the ACC champion distance medley team at the conference championships ... Ran the anchor leg (1,600 meters) of the relay and won the race in the last 20 meters, which won Tech’s first distance medley relay conference title and was the school’s first women’s ACC event championship ... Finished third with a mile time of 4:52.83 and took sixth place in the 800-meter race with a time of 2:18.06 at the Virginia Tech Last Chance meet ... Had a season-best 3,000-meter time of 10:00.82 set at the Virginia Tech Invite.
