Prior to Virginia Tech: Morales spend a year at Boston College (2025), first serving as a Player Personnel/Recruiting Assistant before taking over as Director of Scouting. His duties included evaluating both college and high school athletes. Morales was a huge part of the transfer portal evaluation process and spoke with agents regularly. In addition he assisted coaches with road travel, helped recruiting staff in planning and executing official visit weekends for prospective student-athletes and families, made cutups of high school prospects, coordinated logistics including campus tours, greeting and escorting recruits, collaborating with coaches and student hosts to align activities, fostering a cohesive recruiting environment.

Education: North Carolina, 2022 (B.A., sport administration); North Carolina, 2024 (M.A., sport administration); Boston College, 2024 (M.S., leadership & administration)

Personal: A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Morales played tight end at North Carolina (2019-23) before playing one season at Boston College (2024). He appeared in 66 career games, registering 67 receptions, scoring 16 touchdowns. He held the North Carolina program record with 10 career receiving touchdowns as a tight end and was the first tight end in school history to have double digit touchdowns.

Morales is married to Sieway Morales a native of Charlotte, NC.
