2023: Finished 28th at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a 6k time of 20:34.3...  Clocked 20:44.8 at the ACC Championships...  Placed first at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational with a time of 21:34.4 in the 6k... Ran a personal-best 4k time of 14:19.3 at the Virginia Tech Invitational finishing second. 

2022: Finished 26th at the ACC Championships with a personal-best time of 20:22.8 (6k)... Placed 21st in the 5k clocking in a time of 17:21.9 at the Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational.

2021: Earned All-Southeast Regional honors with her 22nd place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional (6k) in a time of 20:49.7 ... Earned All-ACC honors at the ACC Championships (6k) by finishing 15th with her PR time of 20:46.0 ... Finished 34th at the Joe Piane Invitational (5k) with a PR of 16:53.7 ... Placed third at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (6k) with a time of 21:25.8 ... Set a PR and finished second at the Virginia Tech Invitational (4k) with her time of 14:36.2.

2020: Finished 44th at the ACC Championships (6K) with a time of 21:10.3 … Came in fifth at the Panorama Farms Invitational (5K) with a time of 17:11.2 … Was 11th at the Virginia Tech Invitational (6K) with a time of 21:31.3.

2019: Came in 64th at the NCAA Southeast Region meet (6K) with a time of 21:39.8 … Competed at the ACC Championships (6K) and ran the course in a time of 22:30.0 … Competed at the Pre-National Invitational (6K) and ran the course in a time of 21:49.3 … Took sixth place at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (6K) with a time of 21:19.9 … Ran unattached in the Virginia Tech Invitational (4K) and came in 10th overall with a time of 14:19.8.

High school: Finished 27^th at the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) state cross country meet as a senior – her first state cross country meet … Won the NYSPHSAA state championship in the 800 during the outdoor season as a senior with a time of 2:06.88 – a school record … Won the NYSPHSAA state title in the 600 during the indoor season with a time of 1:30.00 … Also was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that captured a bronze medal at that same meet with a time of 9:18.85 … Finished second in the 800 at the New York state outdoor meet as a junior with a time of 2:10.17 … Qualified for the New York state championships in the 55- and 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore and junior … Placed 10^th in the 400-meter hurdles at the New Balance Nationals following her junior season (62.10).
