2018: Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships after finishing 16th overall … Earned All-NCAA Southeast Region and All-ACC honors for the second consecutive year … Came in second at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 29:27.6 … Won the ACC individual title at the ACC Championships, becoming the third Tech runner in program history (men's or women's) to do so … Ran the 8K course in a time of 23:30.9 … Finished second at the Penn State National Open with a time of 24:49 … Won the Paul Short Run (8K) with a time of 24:11 - his second collegiate win … Was named ACC Co-Performer of the Week after that race … Came in fifth at the VT Alumni Invite (7.5K) with a time of 24:18.1.

2017: Earned All-Southeast Region and All-ACC honors for the first time in his career … Earned a letter in cross country for the second time … Was 45th at the NCAA Championships, running the 10K course in a time of 30:08.58 … Finished ninth at the Southeast Regional (10K) with a time of 29:25.3 … Claimed seventh place at the ACC Championships … Ran the 8K course at the ACC meet in a time of 23:31.4 … Was second at the Adidas Pre-National Invitational (8K) with a career-best time of 23:10.4 … Came in 15th at the Louisville Sports Commission Classic (8K) with a time of 23:48.74 … Finished sixth at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (8K) in his first race of the season with a time of 25:11.6.

2016: Was diagnosed with mono prior to the Penn State meet and missed the remainder of the season … Came in ninth at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 24:23.90 … Ran unattached and won the VT Alumni Invite in a time of 24:51.80 … The victory marked his first collegiate win … Ran unattached at the Hokie Invite (6K) and came in third overall with a time of 18:52.90.

2015: Came in 205th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 32:03.3 … Finished 40th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 30:42.7 … Was the ACC Freshman of the Year following his 34th place finish at the ACC Championships - the top finish among all true freshman … Ran that ACC meet in a time of 24:37.3 … Claimed 100th at the NCAA Pre-National meet with a time of 24:19.1 … Was 32nd at the Princeton Inter-Regional Invitational with a time of 24:32.50 … Ran unattached at the VT Alumni Invite and finished 18th overall with a time of 25:10.82.

Named the Class 4A Athlete of the Year by the Virginia High School League following his senior season … Won the 1,600- and 3,200-meter events at both the indoor and outdoor 2015 Virginia 4A state championship meets ... In cross country, qualified for the 2014 Foot Locker South Regional, running a personal-best 14:59 at the meet ... Qualified for the Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego and ran the course in 16:13, finishing 30th …Won the 2014 Virginia 4A State Cross Country Meet, as well as the 3,200 at the 2014 4A state outdoor track meet ...
