Outdoor Track & Field (2026): Earned All-ACC honors in the 5,000 meters after placing second with a personal-best 13:33.55 at the ACC Outdoor Championships... Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a third-place finish in the 5,000-meter quarterfinals at the NCAA East First Round... Earned All-America Honorable Mention honors in the 1,500 meters after placing 20th in 3:36.99 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships... Moved to No. 2 in Virginia Tech history in the 1,500 meters with a 3:37.01 at the Hill City Twilight... Climbed to No. 3 in program history in the 5,000 meters with a 13:33.81 at the Virginia Challenge.

Indoor Track & Field (2026): Named ACC Men's Indoor Track and Field Performer of the Year... Earned First Team All-America honors after finishing as the NCAA runner-up in the mile in 3:59.30... Collected Second Team All-America honors in the 3,000 meters for the second consecutive season after placing 11th in 8:07.18 at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Broke his own program record in the mile with a 3:52.02, ranking No. 2 nationally and No. 7 all-time in NCAA history... Set the Virginia Tech record in the 3,000 meters with a time of 7:36.74, ranking No. 9 all-time collegiately... Helped the Hokies set the program record in the distance medley relay, which ranks No. 3 all-time in NCAA history... Became the first collegian to break five minutes in the indoor 2,000 meters during the season, setting the NCAA record with a 4:57.81 at the Hokie Invitational... Cross Country (2025): Earned his second consecutive All-America honor after placing 10th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a career-best 28:47.4, leading the Hokies and remaining in the top 20 throughout the race... Collected NCAA Southeast All-Region honors with a fourth-place finish in 29:36.2... Earned his second career All-ACC accolade after placing fourth at the ACC Cross Country Championships in a season-best 22:54.4... Finished runner-up at the Panorama Farms Invitational in 23:10.4.

Outdoor Track & Field (2025): Did not compete.

Indoor Track & Field (2025): Competed in the 3,000m at the NCAA Indoor Championships to earn second team All-American honors... Set the program record in the mile with a 3:55.44 at the Doc Hale Elite Meet... Collected the program record in the 3,000m in 7:40.18 at the BU Valentines Invite... Was a member of the men's DMR team that posted the NCAA No. 11 all-time performance with the 9:19.88 which was also the program record... Ran a season-best 1,000m of 2:20.01 for the No. 2 all-time mark for Virginia Tech at the Hokie Invitational... Was an ACC Individual Champion in the men's DMR and earned first team All-ACC honors.

Cross Country (2024): Finished 14th at the NCAA DI Cross Country Championship and earned All-American honors with his personal-best 29:07.4 result... Captured the event win at the NCAA DI Southeast Regional with a 29:41.7 and earned NCAA All-Region honors... Posted a personal-best in the 8k at the ACC Championship with a 22:36.7 and a sixth place finish, which earned him All-ACC honors... Ran in the 8K at the Panorama Farms Invitational of 23:16.0 for a third place finish.

Prior to Virginia Tech: Competed for Charleston in West Virginia... Finished first in the 1500m in 3:53.31 at the Mountain East Outdoor Championships... Ran a career-best 1500m at the Raleigh Relays in 3:43.70... Ran the mile at the NCAA DII Indoor Championships in 4:11.46 for an eighth place finish... Posted a personal best in the 800m at the Ashland Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational with a time of 1:50.45... Boasted a career-best mile of 4:01.23 at the YSU Invitational.
