Lila Waters Season 2023

2023:  Competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional finishing 74th in the 6k with a time of 21:21.5... Clocked a 6k time of 21:30.2 at the ACC Championships... Finished fourth at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational with a time of 21:53.7. 

High School: Placed seventh at the 2022 NXR Southeast Regional Championships... Finished fourth at the 2023 VHSL Class 6 State Championships.

Personal: Daughter of Kenneth and Jeannie Waters... Has four siblings, Olivia, Lila, Ava, and Sadie... Majoring in human nutrition, foods, and exercise.
