2022: Placed 54th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a personal best time of 21:24.7 (6k) ... Clocked in 74th at the ACC Championships with her time of 21:26.7 (6k)... Ran a personal-best 5k time of 17:55.0 at the Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational... Finished fourth at the Virginia Tech Invitational clocking in a time of 14:44.4. 

2021: Finished 63rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional (6k) with a time of 21:44.8 ... Placed 75th at the ACC Championships (6k) with her time of 21:56.0 ... Took ninth in the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (6k) in a time of 22:26.0 ... Set a PR in the 4k at the Virginia Tech Invitational with her fifth-place time of 14:34.8.

2020: Finished 86th at the ACC Championships (6K) with a time of 22:05.2 … Was 19th at the Panorama Farms Invitational (5K) with a time of 18:02.3 … Ran the 6K course at the Virginia Tech Invitational in a time of 23:03.5.

2019: Competed at the ACC Championships (6K) and ran the course in a time of 23:22.6 … Came in 26th overall at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (6K) with a time of 23:02.8 … Ran unattached at the Virginia Tech Invitational (4K) and was 19th overall with a time of 14:45.5.

High school: Won more individual state titles – 12 – than any runner in the history of the Virginia Independent School Athletic Association (VISAA) … Also won eight state titles as part of relay teams in track and field during her career … Claimed the VISAA individual state cross country title as a senior … Took home the state crowns in the 1,000 and the 1,600 at the VISAA indoor meet as a senior with times of 2:58.13 and 5:15.21, respectively … Also ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the state title at the VISAA indoor meet … Came in sixth in the 1,600 at the VISAA state outdoor meet her senior season with a time of 5:25.23 … Ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the state title at the VISAA outdoor meet … Led St. Catherine’s to the state indoor and outdoor titles as a senior …  Won state titles in the 1,000 and 1,600 at the VISAA state indoor meet as a junior with times of 2:58.88 and 5:09.97, respectively … Won state titles in the 800 and 1,600 at the VISAA state outdoor meet as a junior with times of 2:14.69 and 5:13.78, respectively … Won state titles in the 800, 1,000 and 1,600 (both indoor and outdoor) as a sophomore and also was on the 4x400 relay team that won a state crown … Holds school records in the 400 and 800, along with being a member of the 4x400 relay teams (indoor and outdoor) that hold school records.
