Responsibilities: Kyle helps coordinate all sports medicine needs for the Virginia Tech Baseball program.

At Virginia Tech: Kyle came to Virginia Tech in 2013 and was a Graduate Assistant in the Sports Medicine Department for two years while working on his Master’s degree. During that time, he served as an athletic trainer for the Track and Field and Cross-Country programs for one year and assisted with football his final year. Upon completion of MAEd in 2015, Kyle became the head athletic trainer for the Track and Field and Cross-Country programs (2015-2018) while also serving as a Research Coordinator for the NCAA-DoD Grand Alliance (2015-2017.) In the summer of 2018, Kyle began working with the Virginia Tech Baseball program.
Prior to Virginia Tech: Kyle worked for three years as a student athletic trainer at Florida State University, working with the football, softball, sand volleyball and women's soccer programs. He also worked as a pre-season athletic training intern with the Baltimore Ravens in the summer of 2012.
Education: Florida State University, 2013 (B.S. in Athletic Training); Virginia Tech, 2015 (Master’s in Instructional Technology).
Personal: A native of Daytona Beach, Florida, Kyle now lives in Christiansburg with his wife Brittany, daughter Wren and two dogs.
