BLACKSBURG – Virginia Tech junior defensive lineman Kemari Copeland, graduate wide receiver Da’Quan Felton and senior running back Bhayshul Tuten have been named to Bruce Feldman’s 2024 college football “Freaks List,” as released by The Athletic on Tuesday.
