The Hokies are set to compete in their final Hokie Belt Challenge of the season on Saturday, January 8th.
The last time the swim and dive team competed together was at the Ohio State Invitational in November, where the Hokies had strong performances from both the men and women. Over the course of three days, they swam a combined 39 Top 25 times, with ten Top 10 program times and broke one school record. Youssef Ramadan, Emma Atkinson, Antani Ivanov, and Caroline Bentz were a few swimmers that assisted Virginia Tech in such a strong performance.
The first time the maroon and orange teams faced off this season was in September, where maroon won 285-235. Competition begins at 8am on Saturday at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center.
