Big Week for NAW
Nickeil Alexander-Walker earned big props following his performance in the Charleston Classic … In leading the Hokies to the championship, Alexander-Walker was named the Most Valuable Player in the event, joining teammate Justin Robinson on the all-tournament team … On Monday, Alexander-Walker was named the ACC Player of the Week for the first time in his career.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker's 25 points in the win over Purdue was his second-highest career point total, trailing only his 29 points in a win over The Citadel last season … His seven rebounds in the game was a season-high for him and also his second-best performance on the glass … His seven assists in the win over Northeastern is a new career-high … He has scored at least 20 points in all four games for the Hokies this season.
