Hokie ClubNo. 18 Virginia Tech football looks to continue its recent success, as the Hokies have won six times over their last seven games. They will face the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in Saturday in Lane Stadium in Blacksburg. The nationally televised game is set for a 3:30 p.m. kick and airs on ESPNU. In last year's meeting, ironically, on Nov. 12 as well, Travon McMillian ran for 135 yards and two TDs, including a 4-yard, fourth-quarter game-winning run to give the Hokies a 23-21 victory.

HOKIES RETURN HOME TO FACE JACKETS
- VT (AP No. 18, Coaches No. 22) faces GT (11/12) at home after four ACC road games in its last five outings.
- Last week, the Hokies made their debut in the College Football Playoff rankings (No. 19).
- The Hokies have won six of their last seven contests and are coming off a 24-21 win at Duke (11/5).
- The Hokies are 9-3 in ACC play against GT, winning five of the last six meetings.
- Justin Fuente seeks to push his record to 5-0 at Lane Stadium. VT has already extended the longest active bowl streak in America to 24 straight.
- VT sits atop the ACC Coastal race at 5-1 and already owns a 34-3 win over 5-1 UNC (10/8).
- GT is coming off a 48-20 loss at UNC (11/5).
- The Hokies are seeking an eight-win season for the first time since going 8-5 in 2013.
- Paul Johnson’s GT teams are 2-10 on the road against AP Top 25 foes. Dating back to 2005, GT is 1-3 at Lane Stadium when the Hokies are ranked.

- Georgia Tech ranks second in the ACC in rushing (257.2 ypg), owning back-to-back 300-yard rushing games, including 334 ground yards at UNC (11/5).
- VT limited the Yellow Jackets to 161 net rushing yards in last season’s 23-21 win at GT (11/8/15).
- GT has lost 16 of its last 17 games when being held under 200 net rushing yards (3 losses vs. VT).
- VT’s offense racked up 207 net rushing yards at Duke (11/5), its fourth 200-yard effort of the year.
- The Hokies are 28-4 (.875) all-time in ACC road games when holding foes to 17 points or less.
- Under Johnson, GT is 1-19 (.050) against FBS foes when scoring 17 points or fewer.
HOKIES ON TORRID OFFENSIVE PACE
- VT is averaging 444.4 ypg of total offense. The school record of 451.8 was set in 1999. Georgia Tech is ninth in the ACC, allowing 405.4 ypg.
- The Hokies on pace to score 453 points. The school single-season record of 474 was set in 2010.
- The Hokies are 39-3 (.929) in ACC play when scoring 30+ points, including an 4-0 mark in 2016.
- VT has averaged 39.0 ppg in its seven wins in 2016.
- The Hokies have outscored their foes by a 314-182 margin (34.9-20.2 ppg), but have won their last two games by three points apiece (63-57 combined).

THE BIG 3 - FORD, HODGES & PHILLIPS
- TE Bucky Hodges (33) and WRs Isaiah Ford (50) and Cam Phillips (36) have combined for 119 receptions for 1,753 yards with 13 TDs.
- That trio has accounted for 72.6% of VT’s receptions, 77.6% of its receiving yards and 59.1% of its TD receptions.
- Those 13 TD catches are as many or more than four ACC teams have registered this season: FSU (13), BC (9), GT (8) and Wake (5).
- Hodges (145), Ford (143) and Phillips (109) became the first trio of pass catches in VT history to all record a 100-yard game in the same contest, doing so at Pitt (10/27).
- Ford needs four more catches to overtake Jarrett Boykin (184) for the VT career record for receptions. He already holds the VT career record with 23 TD catches.
- Ford owns eight career 100-yard games, trailing only Andre’ Davis and Jarrett Boykin who share the VT record with 10 apiece.
