About CAMP
What to Expect:
At your first appointment you will meet your counselor, be asked to complete intake paperwork and discuss what brings you in and what you hope to achieve in your sessions. Typically we will meet for 60 minutes and then schedule a follow-up session if you wish to continue.
Confidentiality:
Information disclosed in individual counseling sessions is confidential. Information will be released only with the express written consent of the student-athlete or in instances where disclosure is required by law (e.g. threat of harm to self/others, court order, abuse of children or incapacitated adult).
Making an Appointment:
If you would like to schedule an appointment to see a counselor in CAMP, use the link below to email us directly. Please include your name, phone number, and days/times you are typically available to meet. Our goal is to respond within 24hrs. Another option is to connect with any member of your sports medicine team and ask for a referral.
