Lauren White joined the Hokies in June of 2024 as an assistant Strength & Conditioning coach for Olympic Sports.
Previously, Coach White served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Clay-Battelle Middle High School in Morgantown, W.V. She designed and implemented programs for football, volleyball, cross country, cheerleading, basketball, track & field, baseball and softball for the CeeBees. This role was a part of her graduate assistantship with the College of Applied Human Sciences at West Virginia University.
White, MS, CSCS, owns a Bachelor’s of Science in Coaching and Performance Science with an area of emphasis in Strength and Conditioning as well as a Master’s of Science in Coaching and Sport Education with a concentration in Sport Science and Technology, both from West Virginia University.
