Prior to Virginia Tech: During her time as a student at Virginia Tech, deBernard served as a Creative Media Intern for Hokies Football beginning her freshman year and was promoted to Lead Creative Media Intern during her senior year. In that role, she covered all photography needs for the football program while assisting with social media strategy, content planning, and digital storytelling initiatives.
In addition to her work with Virginia Tech Football, deBernard served as a Creative Video Intern with Hokie Sports, where she specialized in producing short-form video content for Virginia Tech Men's Basketball social media platforms.
