Responsibilities: Dillin oversees marketing efforts for Football, Softball, as well as Cross Country / Track & Field. She serves as the marketing liaison with the Corps of Cadets and manages some of the unit’s various campus partnerships. Dillin leads the Marketing & Fan Development unit.

At Virginia Tech: Dillin served as Director of Marketing & Fan Development for two years (2022-24), during which she provided marketing oversight for Women’s Soccer, Men’s Basketball, and Softball while leading the undergraduate internship program. She also managed the marketing unit’s campus activations, fan experience surveys, and talent recruitment.
Prior to Virginia Tech: Dillin served as an assistant director of marketing at Northwestern for four seasons (2018-22), overseeing Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, Wrestling, Women’s Tennis, Softball, email marketing, and the Wildcat Alley Football Fan Fest.
Prior to Northwestern: Dillin spent two seasons (2016-2018) at Auburn as a graduate assistant for marketing, managing Women’s Volleyball, Equestrian, Track and Field, Softball, birthday parties, Auburn Ignited student rewards, and the Paws & Claws pets club. She spent the 2015-16 season as marketing coordinator with the Minnesota Golden Gophers, and two seasons (2013-2015) as an undergraduate marketing intern at Wake Forest University.

Of Note: Dillin has been a member of NACMA since 2015. She's served on the Research Committee and as a ‘Best Of’ Awards judge for five consecutive years (2020-25). She also earned a 2018 NACMA ‘Best Of’ Gold Award for founding the Paws & Claws pets club and contributed to the department’s top-three finish for 2018 NACMA Marketing Team of the Year. In 2024, the Virginia Tech team finished second overall for Team of the Year and earned six NACMA awards.
Personal: A native of Hendersonville, N.C., Dillin now lives in Christiansburg with her cat Lionel.
