Joined VT Athletics Staff: 2026
Prior to Virginia Tech: Sawyers spent the 2024 and 2025 seasons working for Triumph NIL, Virginia Tech’s NIL agency. There he worked closely with student-athletes on ways to promote their name, image, and likeness through digital content. This included commercial shoots, podcasts, photoshoots, and design work.
In 2023, he joined Triumph NIL as a student assistant, focusing primarily on web articles as well as operational needs.
Education: Virginia Tech, 2024 (B.A. in Sports Media & Analytics)
Personal: A native of St Paul, Virginia, Sawyers and his family grew up just 2 hours from Lane Stadium.
