Responsibilities: Nesbitt oversees marketing efforts for Soccer and Lacrosse and serves as secondary oversight for Football and Women’s Basketball. She also executes marketing efforts for baseball. Nesbitt assists with donation requests, Maroon and Orange memories, and campus and student engagement initiatives.
Joined VT Athletics Staff: June 2026
Prior to Virginia Tech: Prior to starting at Virginia Tech, Nesbitt spent 4 years with Clemson Athletics as part of the Entertainment and Marketing Department. She served 2 years as an intern and 2 years as a lead intern leading and executing marketing efforts for volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, lacrosse and pregame responsibilities for football.

Personal: A native of Spartanburg, S.C., Hayden currently resides in Blacksburg.
