Hokie ClubDomroes joined Virginia Tech football as Director of Recruiting Operations in September 2025.
A native of Rochester, New York, she earned her B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Delaware in May 2025.
From 2022 to 2025, Faye worked with Delaware football, first as the lead Football Operations and Recruiting Intern and after graduation as the Football Operations and Recruiting Assistant. In these roles, she supported recruiting efforts, coordinated logistics, and assisted with team operations during the program’s historic transition to the FBS level.
She was also honored with the Dr. Myles Brand Sport Management Award, which recognizes sport professionals who exemplify the NCAA’s commitment to fair competition, student-athlete well-being, and the integration of athletics into higher education.
