Hokie ClubResponsibilities: Walton oversees marketing efforts for Women’s Basketball and Baseball. She serves as the marketing liaison for Hokie Village, and Maroon and Orange Memories.

Prior to Virginia Tech: Walton served as a marketing assistant at the University of Cincinnati from 23-24, overseeing Women’s Volleyball, Baseball, Swim and Dive, secondary for Men’s Basketball, student email marketing, and the RallyCats student organization.
Prior to Cincinnati, Walton spent a year (2022-2023) with the Oklahoma City Thunder as a Marketing Associate. During her time with the Thunder, she was a part of over 100 activations, in charge of the Bar Network program, and helped plan exclusive events for the Loud & Loyal clothing brand. Walton was an intern at Oklahoma State for two seasons (2021-2023). While at Oklahoma State University, she was receiving her masters in Sports Administration at Arkansas State University (2021-2023). Walton received her undergraduate degree at Missouri Sothern State University, where she played college volleyball for four years.

Personal: From Stillwater, Oklahoma, grew up with two older brothers who were former college student athletes at Oklahoma State University and the University of Tulsa.
