Joined VT Athletics Staff: 2019
Prior to Virginia Tech: Ashlee comes to Virginia Tech from Southern Utah University, where she graduated summa cum laude with honors in May 2019. While at SUU, she was a student-athlete on the Dance Team for her freshman and sophomore seasons. Ashlee spent her senior year of the athletic training program with football and women’s gymnastics. She was awarded the Big Sky Conference Football Officials’ Athletic Training Student Scholarship in September 2018 and the SUU Outstanding Athletic Training Major of the Year award in 2019. She also served as a Student Senator within the Rocky Mountain Athletic Trainers’ Association from 2017-2019.
Education: Southern Utah University, 2019 (B.S. in Athletic Training with a minor in Dance Performance)
Of Note: Ashlee has been a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association since 2019. She is a licensed athletic trainer by the Virginia Board of Health Professions.
Personal: Ashlee is a farmer’s daughter from Enterprise, Utah and now resides in Blacksburg. In her free time, she enjoys reading, riding horses, participating in her church, and traveling (especially when she gets to spend time with her family!)
