Antonio began working at Virginia Tech in 2021 and sees clients at the Cook Counseling Center. He received his B.A. in Social Science with a concentration in Psychology from Bluefield State College where he also played baseball. He received his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Radford University. Professional interests include sport performance, mindfulness/relaxation, substance abuse, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, racial trauma, adjustment, stress management, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and black mental health.
