Also the 2004 state champion in the indoor 1,000m and the 4x800m relay ... Ran a leg on the 2003 indoor state champion 4x800m relay team in a school record time of 9:22.32 ... Finished fifth at the 2003 indoor state meet in the 1,000m with 3:00.43 ... At the 2002 VHSL AAA outdoor state meet, she finished third in the 800m ... Placed seventh in the 1,000m at the 2002 indoor state meet ... Ran an indoor 1,000m in 3:14.71 to set a Cox High School freshman record and had an outdoor 800m best of 2:20.14 in 2001 ... 2003 Virginia AAA cross country champion with a time of 18:37.70 and was the first Beach District runner since 1979 to win the Virginia state cross country meet ...
